friend, i am at the point where i think some of these less-than-coherent posts from newcomer profiles are bogus fakes. without any better info than that, i suspect your key is too. is that what you wanted to hear? pardon my bluntness.

The key is in the Package if you bought a Retail Version and on a sticker on the Computer if you bought preinstalled. If you downloaded it from the MS website it is in your Digital Locker and I believe they send you an email with it as well...... Of course if it is a pirated/hacked version good luck on finding a key and really smart of you to post this to a MS Help forum...
